Mere days before Higgins' death in 2019, Lotti posted a birthday message on Twitter and said, "Before this day ends, I just wanna say happy birthday to my favorite person.
"This is your second birthday I spent with you and I'm so grateful.
"You deserve so much. I'm so proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished this past year.
"There is not a soul that could match your energy. I love you endlessly."
When was Ally Lotti arrested?
Lotti was arrested on January 14, 2023, on charges of drug possession and theft.
According to a jail inmate record obtained by XXL from the Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office in West Memphis, Arkansas: "Alicia L. Leon, was arrested on early Saturday morning (Jan. 14) on charges of possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft of property."
After being jailed at the Crittenden County Detention center, she was released Saturday night after posting a $2,525 bond, HipHopDX reported.
Lotti was allegedly arrested alongside her reported boyfriend, Carter Jamison, who was also charged with theft of property but released without bond on Saturday morning.
